Well, I'm back from New York! I had a great time at the party, and hanging out with the family, and my friend Steve. 
It was great seeing him. It's been about 10 years, can you believe it? I couldn't believe the insanity that was the Holiday Party. Open Bar, tons of people and some that even wandered in off the street. I really enjoyed meeting the people that I talk to every day and being able to put a face with the voice and e-mail address. Friday was another fun day at work, and then out on the town. We ended up at Florio's again and had some great food and company. Steve said that he is definitely going to be returning for pizza there. Saturday, I checked out of my hotel, aka the Box, and walked to Grand Central Terminal and got some breakfast and caught the train to see Stephanie, Rick, Bruce and the kids. 
They sure are getting big! Stephanie said that I was a real New Yorker because I did it by myself. Then I had to hurry and get to JFK for my flight out which was delayed for almost 2 hours. But JetBlue was a much nicer flight than AirTran. A full can of soda and a bag of snacks. When I got home I got to spend some time with RJ who came and visited with Neil while I was gone. Then on Sunday we did Christmas Lunch with the extended family, and yesterday with Neil's family, then my family. Melissa is loving her gifts! She got the cutest little kitchen from Stephanie & Rick which she LOVES! She will spend a half an hour playing with it which is great because it gives me time to do other things. She's getting a few teeth in right now, so she's been pretty grumpy about it. 
But she sure is looking cute! All in all it was a great holiday and I had a ton of fun in NYC. Can't wait to go back.
